Job summary

You will manage budgets, capital projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation while upholding corporate standards and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee maintenance teams, coordinate with stakeholders, develop best practices, ensure code compliance, and leverage your HVAC, electrical and plumbing know-how to optimize facility

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities engineering leadership in hotel/resort.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Property Management, or related field.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing knowledge.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
