Qualifications

• Three years' progressive hotel or related experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience required and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property, equipment, grounds in safe, workable state.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and hotel standards.
• Inspect and certify life safety equipment per standards.
• Supervise Engineers and train staff in service standards.
• Participate in energy conservation programs and budgets.
• Review guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Support vendor contracts and departmental financials.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and repair systems.
