Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance staff and coordinates department activities.
• Ensures safety inspections are completed and discrepancies corrected.
• Administers preventative maintenance program and schedules work orders.
• Monitors equipment performance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Manages vendor relations, bids, and cost estimates.
• Develops department budgets and ensures inventory control.
