Job summary

Sonesta Hotels International Corporation seeks an experienced Engineer to oversee maintenance of chillers, boilers, cooling towers, electrical and HVAC systems across its properties. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, conducting preventative maintenance, and coordinating repairs to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold at least 2 Class Air Conditioning & Boiler Stationary Engineer's Certificates.
• 5+ years' hands-on experience in buildings with complex plumbing systems.
• Experience with stationary engineering, electrical and plumbing in hotels.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair on mechanical equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot problems; replace bearings/belts; repair fan coil units and piping.
• Respond to requests and perform repairs in a timely and courteous manner.
• Work with energy management systems and hotel equipment.
