Sonesta International Hotels in New Orleans seeks an experienced Maintenance Engineer to manage mechanical systems, boilers, chillers, and energy management automation. The role directs maintenance staff, performs preventive maintenance, and ensures safe, reliable operation of hotel facilities.
Qualified candidates have stationary engineer licenses, 5+ years in complex building systems, and the ability to work across shifts, including holidays and during storms, while maintaining guest comfort

The position of Engineer is responsible for but not limited to mechanical operation of Chillers, Boilers, Cooling towers, Electrical systems, Fire alarm systems, HVAC units, Air handler's, as well as guestroom InnComm system. Directs maintenance personnel and conducts repairs as well as preventative maintenance in the plant.
