The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is seeking a creative, skilled, guest-focused dishwasher to join its fun-spirited team. Must work nights and weekends, and embrace Marriott standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest service in a busy kitchen.

You will clean and organize dishware, maintain water temperatures (wash at 160°F, rinse at 180°F), handle pots and pans, prep for banquets, and keep kitchen floors, shelves, and storerooms orderly.

Qualifications

• Ability to read English to understand job requests and cautions.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to move heavy goods (up to 200 lbs) with a cart or hand truck.

Responsabilités

• Clean filters and hoses before filling the dishwasher.
• Maintain water temperatures: wash 160°F minimum, rinse 180°F minimum.
• Clean and stack all dishes by size and type.
• Operate the dishwasher and load racks properly.
• Keep kitchen floors, shelves, and storerooms clean and organized.
