The Lofton Hotel, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a dishwasher to join a premier Minneapolis team. No prior experience required; a strong work ethic and flexibility are valued as you handle dishwashing duties, maintain cleanliness, and support a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Formación

• No prior experience required; experience in fast-paced dining or housekeeping is helpful.
• Must be able to change activities quickly and stay organized.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils.
• Unload dish machine, stack, store, and return dishes and utensils to proper area of kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and general cleaning tasks.
• Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.
• Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties.
