The Lofton Hotel in downtown Minneapolis is seeking a dishwashing associate to join our hospitality team. You will operate the dish machine, maintain cleanliness, and support kitchen operations to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.

Formación

• No prior experience required.
• Past experience in fast food, stewarding, stocking merchandise, food service, restaurants or general housekeeping helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils.
• Unload dish machine, stack, store, and return dishes and utensils to proper area of kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.
• Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties.
