Responsibilities

• Assist in training and supervising maintenance staff.

• Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain logs of stock movements.

Skills

Technical knowledge of building maintenance

Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams

Current Operating Engineer license

Computer operation knowledge

Ability to read, write and speak English
