Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Valet Attendant in Omaha to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and park vehicles with care. You’ll manage keys and valet tickets while ensuring safety and efficient flow of arrivals and departures.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Excellent communication and service attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR; able to drive manual and automatic.
• Strong multitasking, composure under pressure, and good communication.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• All-Star Service: Greet guests and teammates with a smile and friendly energy.
• Key & Ticket Wizard: Manage keys and valet tickets with organization and care.
• Parking Superstar: Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Ultimate Guest Hero: Assist with luggage, shuttle guests, direct traffic, and answer phones courteously.
• Curbside Champion: Maintain curb appeal and smooth operation with Aimbridge Hospitality touch.

• Curbside Champion: Keep the curb looking sharp and the operation running clean, all while delivering the Aimbridge Hospitality touch and adapting to whatever the day brings.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record (MVR); able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Strong ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain composure in stressful situations.
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and commitment to company policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
