Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a dedicated team, oversee daily operations, and ensure rooms remain spotless and welcoming at Hotel Deco in Omaha.

You will coach staff, enforce safety protocols, and uphold high cleanliness standards to deliver a memorable guest experience in a historic setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reporting, and productivity checks.
• Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and hands-on training.
• Manage safety & security tasks including lost-and-found, key control, and access to sensitive areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across facilities and equipment.

Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision—inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—all while keeping safety top of mind.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You’re the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.

Education & Experience
