Job summary

Raymond Management Company is seeking a skilled Cook to join our hotel’s food and beverage team. The role offers a starting wage of $16.00–$17.00 per hour, with wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days based on experience and performance.

This is a full-time position with mainly PM shifts from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm and open availability is preferred. You will prepare breakfasts, lunches, and dinners to hotel standards, ensure timely preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, assist with inventory,

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a cook or in a kitchen environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality food standards.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Experience in hospitality or food service is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, according to recipes and hotel standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory and kitchen supplies, including receiving and storing deliveries.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
