Job summary

Raymond Management Company seeks a skilled Cook to join the hotel’s food and beverage team. The part-time role features a breakfast shift on Saturdays and Sundays with starting pay of $16.00–$17.00 per hour, plus increases after 30, 60, and 90 days. You’ll prepare breakfast through dinner, maintain kitchen standards, and support inventory and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality food standards.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes, according to recipes and hotel standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory and kitchen supplies, including receiving and storing deliveries.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
