Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn – Cincinnati / Mason is hiring a Cook for AM shifts to join our hotel’s food and beverage team. This part-time role starts with a salary range of $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, with wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days based on performance and experience.

You will prepare breakfast to dinner dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, support inventory, and collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality meals to guests.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a cook or in a kitchen environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality food standards.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes, according to recipes and hotel standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory and kitchen supplies, including receiving and storing deliveries.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
