Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati/West Chester is seeking two part-time Line Cooks for early morning and evening shifts. You will prepare and cook items to meet recipes and quality standards, work with the kitchen team, and maintain a clean, safe station while supporting smooth service.

Qualified applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus. Prior cooking experience and the ability to stand, lift, and work under pressure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Follow recipes accurately with strong knife skills and cooking techniques.
• Maintain time management and work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety standards in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards.
• Collaborate with Chef to develop new recipes and menu items.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure sanitation compliance.
• Assist with receiving, storage, and inventory of deliveries.
• Monitor food quality and adjust seasoning for consistency.
• Oversee a kitchen station and coordinate with staff for timely delivery.
• Train new kitchen staff and cover other stations as needed.
• Adhere to health regulations and proper food dating/labeling.
• Implement waste-reduction practices and optimize resources.
• Engage with guests professionally and align with company standards.
