Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, professional kitchen, ensuring each plate meets the hotel's standards and presentation expectations.

As a key member of the Food & Beverage department, you will follow safety regulations, assist with inventory, and collaborate with the Executive Chef and front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role within hospitality.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes per menu, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain high quality and presentation while meals are prepared and served timely.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling and sanitation.
• Assist in managing kitchen inventory and report issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure accurate food delivery.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and report malfunctions.
