The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of local businesses, entertainment, and travel options, and will be committed to providing 5-star service to all guests. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

1. Welcome guests and confirm reservations.
2. Arrange tickets for shows, sports, and concerts.
3. Assist guests with inquiries and needs, including events, transportation, dining, and excursions.
4. Know the local venues and recommend suitable options.
5. Handle phone calls, reservations, messages, and mail.
6. Address guest complaints and find solutions.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
