About The Role:
Seeking applicants passionate about customer engagement, problem-solving, and process management driven by critical thinking, client rules, and judgment. Join us if you enjoy client and operations fulfillment—this role offers a unique blend of these areas.

Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule drug/clinical test registrations according to client preferences.
  2. Respond to inquiries about service status, results, and provide specialized services as requested to internal and external clients.
  3. Communicate with fulfillment departments, vendors, and clinics regarding orders and results to resolve issues promptly.
  4. Ensure timely resolution of requests and case workflows to meet SLAs and client expectations.
  5. Maintain effective communication with clients, management, and team members.
  6. Conduct client needs analysis presentations and manage additional projects as assigned.
  7. Handle responsibilities outside standard daily tasks and take ownership of client projects.
  8. Act as a liaison for client service across departments and assist in training new employees.

Requirements:

  1. HSC/Diploma (10+3)/Graduate qualification.
  2. Ability to analyze situations and respond courteously and professionally.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Capacity to handle high call and email volumes.
  5. Proven ability to work under pressure with time-sensitive projects.
  6. Good interpersonal skills and critical thinking.
  7. Experience of 2+ years in BPO customer service.
