Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a property operations leader for The Heldrich Hotel & Conference Center in New Brunswick, NJ. The role focuses on maintaining property systems, equipment, and guest safety while aligning with budgets and regulatory requirements.

You will lead maintenance staff, supervise contractors, and partner with Finance and the General Manager to optimize operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Certified Pool Operator License required.
• Black Seal License required.
• Experience leading hotel facilities/maintenance teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains property, equipment, furniture and systems in line with regulations using vendors and staff.
• Achieves financial, guest and employee satisfaction goals through sound operations.
• Interviews, hires, trains, and motivates maintenance staff.
• Uses systems to monitor repairs, maintenance, and work orders.
• Maintains records per local, state and federal guidelines.
• Trains staff and updates processes for productivity.
• Ensures staff are trained and licensed per guidelines.
• Communicates with employees, guests and leadership regularly.
• Works with Finance and General Manager on budgets and forecasts.
• Assists in capital expenditure budgeting.
• Oversees external contractors to uphold property standards.
• Responds to guest maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
