The role requires strong technical knowledge, vendor management, and accountability for regulatory compliance, budgeting, and cross-department collaboration to ensure exceptional hotel operations.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in hotel settings.
• Certifications such as HVAC Technician, Electrician License, or OSHA training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine maintenance and emergency repairs of hotel systems.
• Ensure facilities are in excellent condition and comply with brand standards.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations; conduct safety inspections.
• Manage budget for maintenance; source vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Respond to emergencies to minimize guest disruption.
• Coordinate with other departments and external contractors.
• Maintain maintenance records and report to leadership.
