The role requires strong HVAC knowledge, a track record of team leadership, and the ability to manage maintenance programs and regulatory compliance within a high‑volume hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
• HVAC knowledge and mechanical aptitude are essential.
• Minimum 3+ years in a hotel engineering role or similar setting.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem analysis, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and lead/ train staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily engineering activities, set department goals, and ensure staff have tools and equipment.
• Supervise, train, and develop engineering staff for high performance.
• Coordinate with Area Chief Engineer, General Manager, and hotel management on operations and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company standards.
• Manage preventive maintenance program and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of engineering spaces and logs.
