Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee all engineering and maintenance operations across the property. The role focuses on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety and related systems, with emphasis on safety, reliability and guest comfort.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, coordinate renovations, and work closely with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED equivalence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all engineering and maintenance efforts.
• Oversee Preventative Maintenance Program and multiple building systems.
• Manage renovations, capital projects and vendor relations.
• Develop budgets and ensure safety, compliance and guest satisfaction.
