Peregrine TH Management, LLC is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the maintenance operations of a hotel. This hands-on leadership role combines hands‑on maintenance with oversight of building systems, vendors, and compliance to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems, with 5+ years in hotel facilities maintenance and supervisory experience. On‑site, salary range $75,000–$85,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hotel or facilities maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to perform hands-on repairs and troubleshooting.
• Experience with safety regulations and life safety systems.
• Flexible schedule including on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance of guestrooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors; manage service contracts.
• Maintain maintenance logs, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Support capital projects and room turns as needed.
• Respond to emergency issues and after‑hours coverage.
