Qualifications

• Respond and attend to guests repair requests.
• Communicate with guest/customers to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and/or public spaces.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
• Inspecting and repairing grout and caulking.
• Maintain pool, chemicals, and pool equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Respond to guest repair requests and communicate resolution status.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Inspect and repair equipment, lights, and fixtures in guest areas.
• Program TVs and assist with basic housekeeping-related inventory duties.
• Follow safety policies and protect hotel assets.
