Peregrine Hospitality in Killington, Vermont seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee all building maintenance, HVAC operations, and life-safety systems for hotel operations. You will direct engineering teams, coordinate with property managers, and drive preventative maintenance programs to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to standards, and managing capital projects while delivering reliable amenities and services to guests and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the overall maintenance of the building and engineering operations.
• Lead and execute all engineering and maintenance efforts.
• Develop, coordinate and monitor guest rooms, public spaces, equipment, and PM programs.
• Manage Preventative Maintenance Program, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Oversee hotel renovation, capital construction, and major maintenance projects.
