Peregrine Hospitality is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee building operations at our Killington property. The role directs and collaborates with property managers to ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems operate safely and efficiently, while maximizing guest comfort and department financial performance.

You will lead maintenance programs, manage capital projects, and train staff to uphold 4 Keys service standards and hotel policies.

Formación

• Strong leadership and the ability to apply it in a dynamic hotel environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of elevator operations, maintenance, and inspections.
• Knowledge of technology systems including television, internet, and phone.
• Ability to work with multiple departments as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Ability to train and develop staff on service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute all engineering and maintenance efforts.
• Develop, coordinate and monitor guest rooms, public spaces, equipment, and PM programs.
• Oversee Preventative Maintenance Program and related systems.
• Manage hotel renovations, capital construction, and major maintenance projects.
• Establish relationships with vendors and monitor quality and warranties.
• Create annual Capex and operating budgets.
• Ensure safety, compliance and life safety testing programs.
• Train and develop associates on service standards and safety.
• Review scheduling and staffing to meet guest service and financial objectives.
• Foster open communication and recognize team contributions.
