The Canopy by Hilton Grand Rapids Downtown is seeking a Restaurant Utility Person/Dishwasher to support back-of-house kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness at Portico, the hotel's on-site cafe. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and are dedicated to guest service, join Lodgco Hospitality.

This role cleans and sanitizes dishes and utensils, maintains kitchen areas, assists with catering setup and teardown, and supports serving staff to ensure a smooth dining experience while following

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, floors, counters and equipment.
Assist with catering setup and teardown for events.
Support serving staff by clearing tables and transporting items to the dishwashing area.
Follow health and safety guidelines and hotel policies.
