Job summary

Shamin Hotels seeks a Breakfast Attendant to keep the breakfast buffet stocked and inviting for guests. You will assist with food preparation, cold and hot station setup, and clearing tables to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, restocking items, and communicating guest needs to the kitchen. A high school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation are preferred; strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Basic Reading, Writing, and Math skills required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Customer Service skills required.
• Prioritization and time management skills required.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to guests.
• Set up and maintain breakfast bar per brand standards.
• Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day.
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices.
• Set out/arrange cold foods, pastries, cereals, etc.
• Clear and clean tables as guests depart.
• Prepare and set up hot foods.
• Restock items throughout breakfast hours and for the next day.
• Wash serving equipment and return to storage.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
