Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a motivated breakfast cook to support hotel operations. You will set up, stock, and maintain breakfast offerings, ensuring cleanliness of the breakfast area and restrooms.

A friendly, professional demeanor is essential to greet guests and coordinate with staff. Applicants should have at least 1 year of cooking or cafeteria experience in a hotel or restaurant, with high school diploma or GED and culinary certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; culinary certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as a cook or cafeteria cook in a hotel or restaurant preferred.
• Additional: Flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel with authenticity, enthusiasm, professionalism, and businesslike demeanor to all guests and clients.
• Ensure breakfast setup, stocking, breakdown, and cleaning.
• Maintain decorations and communicate needs for maintenance or improvement.
• Promptly clean tabletops and chairs during breakfast hours.
• Maintain cleanliness of all breakfast room public spaces and restrooms.
• Retrieve soiled linens and sort/treat.
• Maintain inventory of food and cleaning supplies; communicate needs to supervisor.
• Uphold a friendly demeanor and greet guests on entry and exit.
• Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Participate in Safety and Security Committee and follow emergency procedures.
• Adhere to 4 Keys service standards and standard operating procedures.
• Work cohesively with co-workers and other departments.
• Follow attendance and reliability standards.
