Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Host to deliver prompt, friendly service in a welcoming breakfast area at our hotel. You’ll help ensure a positive guest start to the day and keep the dining space clean and guest-ready.

Ideal candidates have strong guest service skills, prior food and beverage experience preferred, and a high school diploma. This is an on-site role with weekend/holiday flexibility and benefits such as a quarterly bonus and hotel discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handling certification preferred.
• Friendly, service-focused, dependable, and able to multitask.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Must meet company security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the breakfast/dining area and supplies in guest-ready condition.
• Provide friendly, professional service and assist guests with food, beverage, and hotel-related questions.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverage selections, hotel services, and brand standards.
• Monitor food and supplies and assist with food preparation and storage as needed.
• Clean and restock the breakfast area at the end of each shift.
• Maintain required safety, sanitation, security, and emergency procedures.
• Complete required brand documentation.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and work effectively as part of the hotel team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
