Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a hotel cook to contribute to breakfast service with energy and precision. You will prepare assigned items, maintain buffet setup, and keep areas clean and stocked while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in hotel/restaurant cooking, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility for shifts. You will follow all safety procedures and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; culinary certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a cook in a hotel or restaurant preferred.
• Flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel with authenticity, enthusiasm, professionalism, and businesslike demeanor to guests and the community.
• Set up and stock morning breakfast and buffet; maintain and clean as needed.
• Maintain breakfast room and restrooms cleanliness; communicate maintenance needs.
• Follow 4 Keys service standards, SOPs and safety standards.
• Work cohesively with co-workers and other departments as a team.
• Adhere to attendance and reliability standards.
