Job summary

TPG Hotels and Resorts in Albany, GA seeks a Hospitality Attendant to support dining operations. You will set up the hospitality area, greet guests, and, when needed, serve food and beverages according to policy and brand standards, ensuring a welcoming environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and adherence to safety and local regulations, with responsibilities including cleaning duties, table maintenance, and assisting with all service aspects to help deliver exceptional guest

Qualifications

High School diploma required.
Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
Excellent communication and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Set up hospitality area before service, arranging tables and chairs, and ensuring proper table settings.
Greet guests and may serve food and beverages following policies, procedures, brand standards, alcohol awareness and federal, state and local serving regulations.
Complete assigned side work and related cleaning duties in the hospitality area.
Maintain a clean and organized hospitality area by clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
Assist with all aspects of service as requested.
