Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Hospitality Attendant to ensure the hospitality area is set up, clean, and well maintained in accordance with brand standards and regulations. The role supports exceptional dining experiences by assisting with service, greeting guests, and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities include setting up tables, seating guests, serving where allowed, and performing side work. The position emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and adherence to safety guidelines in a hotel

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up hospitality area before service, arrange tables and chairs, and ensure proper settings.
• Greet guests and may serve food and beverages following policies and brand standards.
• Complete side work and cleaning duties in the hospitality area.
• Maintain a clean, organized hospitality area by clearing and resetting tables.
• Assist with all aspects of service as requested.
