TPG Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Hospitality Attendant to assist with set up, clearing, and maintaining cleanliness of the hospitality area in alignment with brand standards and safety regulations. You will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for patrons.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, possible meal service, and maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment. This role requires standing for long periods and a courteous, team‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up hospitality area before service, arranging tables and chairs, and ensuring proper table settings.
• Greet guests, and may serve food and beverages following policies, procedures, brand standards, alcohol awareness and federal, state and local serving regulations.
• Complete assigned side work and related cleaning duties in the hospitality area.
• Maintain a clean and organized hospitality area by clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Assist with all aspects of service as requested.

Working Conditions & Physical Effort

Physical work is a primary part of many of our hotel and resort jobs. Physical requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting to 50 lbs. Some work is performed in an interior hotel environment with equipment and machines.
