Five Rivers Hospitality Group seeks a Breakfast Attendant to support a busy hotel breakfast service. You will set up and takedown the buffet, keep fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items stocked, and walk the dining area refilling coffee and beverages.

The role emphasizes friendly guest interactions, strong time-management skills, and a dedicated focus on exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly manner.
• Refill beverages and wipe down service lines and equipment per health regs.
• Ensure breakfast buffet is fully set up and refresh items during service hours.
• Sanitize buffet areas, tables, chairs, and trash areas to maintain cleanliness.
• Clear tables during breakfast using proper dish removal methods.

Are you a food service professional with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service to guests? You might be just what we're looking for in our next breakfast attendant. Our busy hotel is looking for a detail-oriented person to set up and take down our breakfast buffet, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are always available.

You’ll also need to walk throughout the dining area, refilling coffee and beverages, and cleaning up used plates and utensils. Our ideal applicant has experience in the food service industry and enjoys connecting with people.

Compensation: $12 hourly

Qualifications

• Experience working in food service is preferred
• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills with diners and coworkers
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Wipe down service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment according to health and safety regulations
• Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours
• Sanitize and ensure cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and empty trash as needed
• Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner
