Job summary

ARK hotel is seeking an enthusiastic breakfast attendant to ensure a memorable dining experience for guests. You will set up the breakfast buffet each morning, keep items replenished, and assist guests with food and beverage service during breakfast hours.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and health standards, replenishing supplies, and efficiently clearing used items. Previous food service experience is a plus and a positive, guest-focused attitude is essential.

Our busy hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented customer service professional to make our guests' dining experience memorable. As our breakfast attendant, you will set up the buffet daily, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are well-stocked, and break down the buffet after service. The breakfast attendant will also refill coffee and beverages as needed or when asked, and remove dirty dishes and utensils. Candidates should be enthusiastic about customer service. Experience working in the food service industry is a plus.

Compensation

$11.50 - $12.50 hourly

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• We prefer some experience working in the food service industry

Responsibilities

• Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours
• Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary
• Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment
• Use appropriate procedures for removing used plates, glasses, and silverware in an efficient manner throughout breakfast service
