Renaissance Seattle is seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Restaurant Outlets Manager to oversee The Fig & The Judge Restaurant, Club Lounge, and The 515 lobby bar. You will ensure top-tier guest service, manage staff, and implement budget-conscious operations across multiple beverage and food outlets.

You will lead daily meetings, monitor standards, and develop programs to boost sales while maintaining exceptional service and compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2 years of prior restaurant experience, preferably in hotels.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task, delegate, mentor, train and implement corrective action if necessary with subordinates.
• Marriott Hotel experience helpful but not essential.
• WA state Food Worker Card or the ability to obtain one within 14 days from hire.
• WA state MAST permit or the ability to obtain one within 60 days from hire.
• ServSafe Manager Certification or the ability to obtain one within 14 days from hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in all aspects of guest service for The Fig & The Judge Restaurant, the Club Lounge and The 515.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and beverage products; maintain standard bar operations.
• Conduct daily Savvy Service meetings; inform staff of specials and service standards.
• Assist in preparing daily requisitions, labor reports and schedules; monitor cash procedures.
• Ensure highest quality food and beverage service; develop programs to increase sales and upselling.
