Job summary

HVMG in Knoxville seeks a friendly Bellman/Valet to safely transport guests, assist with luggage, and provide outstanding service. You will drive the hotel shuttle, keep the vehicle clean, and help guests with directions and requests.

A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and flexible availability are required. This role offers growth within HVMG’s nationwide portfolio with benefits including healthcare, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Transports guests to and from designated locations and operates the hotel shuttle.
• Delivers room service orders and assists guests with luggage and valet service.
• Keeps records of service calls and maintains shuttle cleanliness and safety.
• Transports guests around premises and local areas in a car or motorized cart.
• Reports to the Front Office Manager or Hotel Operations Manager.
• Supports career growth within the hotel and maintains professional demeanor.
