Viceroy Hotels’ Hotel Zena in Washington is seeking a professional Bartender to manage the bar setup, craft beverages to standard, and deliver exceptional guest service. The role requires maintaining cleanliness, following liquor laws, and coordinating with colleagues to ensure smooth service during events and daily operations.

The position is full-time, with a focus on hospitality excellence, flexibility for long hours, and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, culturally rich hotel

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Set up the bar according to hotel standards and ensure guests are served promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare beverages and cocktails according to the hotel’s mixing and presentation standards.
• Serve guests with all beverage requirements in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Break down bar after functions and store liquor, supplies and equipment according to standards.
• Follow all state liquor laws.
• Ensure the bar and service areas are kept clean and tidy during service.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
