Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Bartender/Mixologist to craft classic and creative beverages in a vibrant hotel bar. You will engage with guests, manage bar inventory, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while delivering outstanding service.

The role emphasizes hospitality, attention to detail, and a passion for mixology, with opportunities for growth into bar management or related beverage roles. A flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Sufficient education and/or literacy to read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Responsabilités

• Be the life of the party at our hotel bar, creating innovative and delicious cocktails that delight our guests.
• Mix and serve drinks, maintain bar cleanliness, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Report to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor.
• Opportunities to advance to bar manager, sommelier, or food and beverage manager within the hospitality industry.
