Job summary

Qualifications

• Must love serving people and be comfortable in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Ability to memorize menu, upsell, and provide beverage knowledge.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Adhere to safety, health, and alcohol policies at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bar for service and craft cocktails to spec.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stocking, and organization.
• Manage cash transactions and POS entries accurately.
• Provide exemplary guest experiences through engaging service.
• Ensure guests are of legal drinking age and follow liquor laws.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver smooth service flow.
