Job summary

Encore Hospitality is looking for a friendly Bartender to join our hotel bar team. You will prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, while delivering excellent guest service. You will maintain a clean and well-stocked bar, monitor inventory, handle transactions, and support events with setup and breakdown.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bartending certification a plus.
• Previous bartender experience in hospitality or bar setting.
• Familiarity with cocktail recipes and bar equipment.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock orders.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions.
• Support events with setup, service, and cleanup.
• Assist with inventory paperwork and training new bartenders.
