Four Points by Sheraton Tampa Airport Westshore, proudly managed by StepStone Hospitality, is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate brings hospitality focus, guest-oriented service, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You will craft cocktails and beverages, handle transactions, and contribute to a welcoming bar atmosphere. The role requires previous bartending experience in a hotel or high-volume venue, strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required; hotel or full-service restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, and beverage preparation.
• Experience with food service and POS systems preferred.
• Excellent guest-service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menus and offerings.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter into the POS system.
• Deliver items promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest needs and respond professionally to requests.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional bar atmosphere.
• Follow safety, cleanliness and workplace standards.
