Four Points by Sheraton Tampa Airport Westshore, proudly managed by StepStone Hospitality, seeks a bartending professional to join our fast-paced Food & Beverage team. You will craft cocktails, beer, and wine, while upholding Marriott standards and responsible alcohol service.

Ideal candidates have hotel/restaurant experience, beverage knowledge, and a guest-centric mindset. This on-site position offers flexible hours, opportunities for growth, and benefits as part of the StepStone group.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required; hotel or full-service restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, and beverage preparation.
• Previous experience with food service and POS systems preferred.
• Excellent guest-service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy service periods.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol-service practices.
• Must meet applicable legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menus and offerings; provide recommendations.
• Enter transactions into the POS and ensure accurate payments and checks.
• Deliver beverages promptly while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest needs and respond to requests and concerns.
• Promote menu items and specialty beverages to enhance the guest experience.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized bar and equipment.
