Hyatt Tampa is seeking a Bartender to join the Restaurant team in the Food & Beverage department. You will prepare cocktails, greet guests, and coordinate drink service with servers during peak hours.

The role requires a high school diploma (bartending certification preferred where applicable) and a minimum of 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume setting. The candidate should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and follow responsible alcohol service standards.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bartending certification preferred where applicable.
• Minimum 1 year bartending experience in a restaurant or high-volume bar; experience with servers and supporting table service preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare beverages for bar guests and restaurant server drink orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Greet guests, take drink orders, make recommendations, and provide welcoming service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift.
• Support servers by preparing beverages and coordinating drink delivery during meal service.
• Process guest payments, manage tabs, and handle cash accurately.
• Verify guest ID and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies.
• Clean and sanitize bar areas, glassware, equipment, and tools.
• Assist with bar opening and closing procedures.
• Address guest concerns professionally and alert management when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
