Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a Bartender at Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown to deliver a quality beverage experience in a fast-paced setting. You will interact with guests, craft cocktails, and assist with bar and restaurant duties to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires prior food and beverage experience, ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and the use of basic tech for orders. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage and/or serving experience is required.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server’s Permit.
• You must be able to stand for an entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds.
• You must be able to read, write, type and use basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in the bar, restaurant and room service attentively and efficiently.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks; serve wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages; serve food as needed.
• Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
• Complete guest orders and accurately collect payments.
• Clean and wash bar ware, utensils and bar area; restock as needed.
• Assist with quality, cleanliness and organization of bar, restaurant and kitchen.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork with all departments.
