Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn is seeking a bartender to join the team in a fast-paced hotel bar. You will craft handcrafted cocktails, provide engaging service, and create a social hub for guests while delivering memorable experiences.

Requirements include bartending experience in a hotel or similar setting, 21+ age, knowledge of spirits and cocktails, and strong English communication skills. TIPS/ServSafe certification is a plus, with opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience in a hotel establishment or similar environment.
• 21+ years old to serve alcohol.
• Intimate knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer and wine.
• TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for all patrons.
• Educate guests on beverage offerings and make recommendations to maximize sales.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel bar environment.
