Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area in Somerville, MA is seeking a friendly Hotel Bartender to prepare and serve a variety of beverages in a fast-paced setting, delivering an inviting guest experience.

Join our team as a Hotel Bartender at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area, located inSomerville, MA. In this role, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests by expertly preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and inventory management.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age of guests.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Requirements

• Minimum of (2) years of bartender experience preferred.

Benefits

• Pay ranging from $10.00 to $19.00 per hour, (base wage plus estimated tips for scheduled shifts) paid bi-weekly. Tip earnings vary by shift; maximum reflects typical high-earning days for the scheduled shifts.
