Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve drinks and light meals to guests according to hotel standards.
• Maintain stock, cleanliness and organization of the bar and equipment.
• Be familiar with menu items, liquor brands, wine descriptions and glassware.
• Operate the bar POS system and ensure accurate billing and payments.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide friendly, attentive service to ensure satisfaction.
