Job Description

Hotel bartenders work the complimentary hotel reception hosted daily. They are responsible for crafting classic and creative alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.

Typical Responsibilities
  • Create drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, for hotel guests during daily happy hour.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, engaging in friendly conversation, and understanding their preferences. Offer recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Take drink orders efficiently and accurately, prepare them promptly, and serve with attention to detail and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Complete safe alcohol service training (provided during onboarding).
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements

Certification in safe alcohol service training is preferred and provided during training.
